Henny perfected her skills and knowledge of sweet ingredients, whilst cooking on the most prestigious super yachts across the world. After having self taught herself how to create unique dishes with chocolate, Henny went on to follow her dream by setting up a patisserie shop in the heart of Mallorca.


As a local girl Henny left Mallorca to come home to her roots and became Head chef at the 2 rosette country Inn, The Rose & Crown in Romaldkirk. She later joined The Coach House restaurant at Middleton Lodge as Head of pastry.


Henny is now freelance and operating from her North Yorkshire base dedicating her time to private dinner parties, events, private lessons and chocolate making.
